General questions
No, con intención is not a certified member of The Fair Trade Federation, just yet. We hope to be certified in the near future.
There is no process in place. The partnerships are made organically through travel. When we meet an artisan who creates products that align with our business, we have a conversation to determine if we are a good fit for each other. We strive to build an intentional connection above anything else.
The artisans set their own prices and we encourage a little extra for each item made. We also return a percentage back to the artisan after the items are sold.
We are a small business and offer limited discounts throughout the year. You can receive a 10% discount by signing up to our newsletter. Be sure to follow us on social media (@conintencionmx across all platforms) for updates on when we have sales!
Unfortunately we don't, but we hope so in the near future.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING
UPS Ground: delivers 5-10 business days after processing
UPS 2nd Day Air Select: delivers 2-3 business days after processing
UPS Next Day Air: delivers the next business day after processing
USPS First Class Mail (small packages): delivers 2-3 business days after processing
USPS Priority Express (small packages): 2-4 business days after processing
At the moment we do not offer international shipping.
Your order will be processed within 1-3 days from when the purchase was made.
Please contact us at hola@conintencionmx.com with your request. In the email, include the correct shipping address and order number. If the order has not been shipped, we will make the change. If the item has shipped, please contact the mail carrier directly for assistance.

Cancellations/Returns
Please contact us a soon as possible at hola@conintencionmx.com. We will try our best to accommodate your request. Your order is processed as quickly as possible so we cannot guarantee your order will be canceled. Please note that cancellation requests are not accepted during holiday sales. If your order shipped, please follow our return policy.
We accept returns for store credit within 10 days from the day the product was delivered. Credit will be issued if the product is in their original condition and with the original receipt. When this is confirmed by our team, we will issue store credit.
Please contact us at hola@conintencionmx.com to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) Number and a prepaid return shipping label. Please include with your return a copy of your original receipt and RA. Allow up to 7 business days for your store credit to be processed. You will receive a confirmation by email when your return is complete. Package the product in its original packaging.
We currently do not accept exchanges. Your purchase will be processed as a return.

Wholesale

It may take up to four weeks to process your application, but we will try our best to get back to you sooner.
Our minimum opening order is $400. Following orders must be $300 or more.

Each item is ethically sourced and handmade so it takes time. Please check our website frequently for updates or sign up for the waitlist of the product. We appreciate your understanding.
We ensure great quality of our products. If your item looks different than what is on our website it is due to the variation of handmade products. If you are completely unsatisfied, please contact us at hola@conintencionmx.com.

It is common for our handmade items to have loose threads. No worries though, simply cut the thread using scissors without tugging on it.
